RFID System Installations
Along with providing reader systems, Biomark Livestock can travel to your premises and install a system for you. Using our expertise, Biomark Livestock can provide an on-site evaluation to determine a system location that has a minimal impact on productivity and is practical for your operation.
During installation, each antenna and reader system will be configured to optimize detection of EID tags to ensure maximum detection and maintain high detection efficiency.
Service
Biomark Livestock offers service contracts to keep your system maintained and running smoothly, allowing your operation to run at maximum efficiency. If your system is not functioning properly, we will be able to provide you with technical support. Should the system experience major problems, we can provide service within 24 to 48 hours to repair or replace the system.
Repairs
Reader systems can be sent back to Biomark Livestock for repair and maintenance. Biomark’s experienced electronic technicians can troubleshoot and repair your system. Depending on the nature of the problem, systems will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to the customer as quickly as possible. If necessary, we can provide loaner units while yours is being repaired. Our goal is to minimize lead times and to keep your operation running.
